How To Apply Feature In V 1.5.3....Gone?

I recently updated to JR V. 1.5.3 and now the "How to apply - Tell applicants how to apply section" is gone. For example, where one will type " Email your resume to: xxxx" is gone. How can I get that back? Is this a bug or did I do something wrong? Hope someone can help me asap.
