How can I give users (like job-lister) access to the backend of Jobroller theme

When I create a user with a user role like job-lister the new user gets a wordpress menu above the website, where he can click on the menu and go to the dashboard of Wordpress, but when I try this I get a message 'not allowed by admin/ system administrator'
How to avoid this, I would like to give rights to job listers to add jobs throuhgh the dashboard panel.

    Regards,

    Hans
