    Question how to enable sidebar on all pages not just home page

    how to enable sidebar on all pages not just home page? (would like sitebar ads to show on all pages).
    Also I have 350 jobs under three categories (all full time jobs), but only 25 jobs displayed under full time- job types.

    Help please.
