How to post a job on behalf of a job lister

Hi, I've created a job on behalf of a job lister, and I want the job applications to be sent to a job lister - however there doesn't appear to be a field for the joblister - and the only option for "author" is admin or other "authors", not "job listers". Currently all of the applications for this job are being sent to me (admin/author) and I need them sent to a job lister (or specified email would be ok too)
