    How to translate the word "and" in the post meta

    Hi all,

    I have a question and I've been searching around for the answer. No luck so far. I have a website in Dutch and pretty everything was translatable through the .mo file. However one tiny word keeps nagging me. The word "and" in the post meta of a single job listing. Who can tell me where I can edit this?

    So right now it will go like this:
    Job Category: BLABLA, Job Type: BLABLA, Job Tags: BLA1, BLA2 and BLA3

    I desperately need to get rid of that word AND. Anyone?
