1) I was cruising right along and all of a sudden I cant upload images from the back-end (as admin). I only have 3 plugins installed - but deactivated anyway and the issue is still there.
2) There is also a plugin error (see image) and a fatal error occurs when I install the Slider (I've since deactivated/removed).
