Issues: Latest Jobs "Title Tag" + Employer Edit link not working.

Hi all, can someone please help me with the following:

1) Latest Jobs tag
I've been searching and searching for the page template to modify the header/title tag that surrounds "Latest Jobs" on the main page. Right now the tag that surrounds this is <h2 class="pagetitle">..</h2>. All I want to do is change it to be <h1 class="pagetitle">..</h1> but can't find the template to make the change.

2) Employer edit link not working
NM.. I found out what the issue was!
