Job Alert probleme

Hi all, we have trouble with our jobalerts.

The thing is :

• We insert jobs trough an XML import.
• We rarely, if not never, use the front end to create jobs
• From time to time we got alerts, but there are no patterns, not when we try using the frontend at least.
• The test mail works

I was also wondering, where in the jobs does the keywords are taken form ?
