Job Recommnendations always empty when relying on 'location'

I just installed a fresh installation of wordpress + this script at ReliefMe.Ca :: Your Pharmacy Relief Network

L/P :

employee / employee
employer / employer

Details :

I have set my 'employee' to have 'London, United Kingdom' as the search location in my preferences. As far as I understand, any jobs posted with 'London, United Kingdom' should fit this preference, and appear on the 'Dashboard' under 'Job Recommendations'.

However, I have created a job with 'employer', set 'London, United Kingdom' as the location, however it does not show up in the 'Job Recommendations' for 'employee'.
