job search in jobroller?

my site is For the very latest jobs in sport use

can someone explain how the free text job search box works.

if i insert football into text search box it will searhc for the word football in every post

if i want it to search for football and the word soccer what do i do?
eg type in football and soccer

or 'football' 'soccer'

or football, socccer

or football and soccer

just need somneone to tell me how this search works?

ps i am looking to add quick search links on the bottom of the page and want to do the 'soccer' search to include both the words 'football' and 'soccer'
