JobRoller: Flow and How to make Money
We didn't yet understand the flow...
How to make money with jobRoller? I only see when Employer need to pay per Job Submission...nothing more.
About Job Seeker. User can add your resume, and employer can browser there resume... (withou paying for that...) But if employer want contact Job Seeker, there is no contact form.... Employer can contact direct thru phone whitout pay the service. There is no package to employer registration? Or other way to limit some fields of resume?
About Resume visibility, after register on website, the resume are not visible to all members, only to Employers. How can i show stats with all resumes in database? It's a good information to unregistered people...to force registration as Employer.
Last question, and after my suggestion. How to make money with Job Seeker?
