Jobroller job search using 'or'

i want to create a quick search link or button

my site is For the very latest jobs in sport use

i know how to add a search link for a single word search

question is how do i do this for usign either of say 2 or 3 words..

eg.. if i go to my site and type into search box the word football it will bring up jos with football in it

if i want to use football coach it will bring up with these 2 words

what if i want to search using 'football' or 'coach'

how do i do this?
