I have a users' creation issue in JobRoller multisite using an English and French versions of the same site. Here's how to reproduce.
a. I created a user in the English version with employer permission level. Everything works fine.
b. Then on the French version, I added the same user testing both sending a confirmation email and not sending one. The user can login but on the French version it states:
"You do not have permissions to access the dashboard.You must be an employer or a job seeker to access it. Contact the site administrator for more information."
c. I tested the permission in the French version and the user is properly listed as an employer.
