Jobroller phone number in the application form

Hi team,

I need some help. I have edited the contact box (the one which people use to apply for a job) and added the phone number there.

Now how do I sent it to the email that people receive?

Right now people just get the name, email and message, I want to be able to get phone numbers as well.
