making a job or resume search... only one criteria/filter?

Hi,

When a job seeker/recruiter makes a job/resume search, he has the ability to make a search by keyword an then selecting ONLY one Filter from the right sidebar (default theme), not 2 or more filters.

For example: A Recruiter can NOT search for a resume with resume speciality "Finance" and language "English".

Is there a way to have combined search using many filters at once? Or maybe it's the case but it's not working in my install?

I'm using JR 1.6.5.
