Multiple strange tags are appearing

Hello team,

I have discovered that there are multiple (more than hundred) strange tags appearing in each job posting page, for example:
http://productdesignhub.com/jobs/job...duct-designer/
Then click on the 'tags' tab in the right column.

Also my host is reporting several overloading issues caused by my job board in the past few months

And why are there sponsored ads at the bottom linking to appthemes.com ?
