    new job listing error

    am getting this when submitting a new job:

    Warning: fopen(/home/retailti/public_html/jobs/wp-content/themes/jobroller/log/jobroller_log.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/xxxxx/public_html/jobs/wp-content/themes/jobroller/includes/theme-log.php on line 37
    Can't open /home/xxxxxx/public_html/jobs/wp-content/themes/jobroller/log/jobroller_log.txt!


    any ideas ???
