no confirmation emails of orders and job posting using job packs
scenario: a person registers, posts a job using/buying a job pack.
1. user gets a 'your order' email - OK
2. admin gets a 'new order' email - OK
3. both user and admin do not get 'new job posting' email - WHY? the person had submitted a job, why not confirm that?
after admin has set job pack order to PAID, manually in CMS
1. admin gets an 'order completed' email - OK
2. person gets no confirmation of order completed - WHY?
3. both admin and person do NOT get confirmation 'job posted' email - WHY? Jos is posted directly after payment...why not confirm it? now a person had to go into their account and check if its live. not very friendly.
if admin cancels a job pack order in CMS
1. admin gets an 'order cancelled' email - OK
2. person gets no confirmation of order cancellation - WHY?
3. both admin and person do NOT get confirmation 'job rejected' email - WHY? the job is not post, because pack is cancelled. shouldnt this be confirmed by email?
This doesnt make sense to me, if anyone should be updated per email of orders and job posting statuses, it should be the person/client. But he only gets half the emails the admin gets. + emails about the job posting itself are not being sent to both admin and person/client.
