When people submit jobs, it is not charging them! I have had three jobs submitted and I wondered why the customer never paid for them. So, I tried it out myself and it never attempted a charge or showed any job packs!
I know it did when I first installed Job Roller but since the update it is now no longer charging...that's a potential of $45 lost on my part
Any help? I've checked all through my settings and not sure what is wrong.
