    Not show "Dashboard" for user

    Hi, I see that a user can see the top grey bar with his name (with dropdown) and "dashboard" on the top left corner after he signs in. Upon clicking "dashboard" he gets the following message:

    "Access Denied.

    Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office."

    I think that's quite bad usability. Any way to disable this? I'd like the user not to be able to see that top grey bar at all.
