Not sure if this is a bug.
Did a test post today logged in as admin.
Two things I noticed.
Even though I am admin it took me through the complete process which included talking me through to paypal payments. I always thought all themes had a setting where admins can't pay for their own ads. reason being they are admin :-p.
Secondly when I navigated away from the paypal page by closing the ad page down, the ad then went into draft. At that point do any included featured options get erased when the ad is placed into draft. I went back into the ad and published it through admin and then noticed the ad was not featured even though it was included in the plan that I never in the end paid for.
