    Unhappy Old jQuery version if 'Google CDN jQuery' is activated?

    If I use 'Google CDN jQuery' in JobRoller | Settings | Advanced the developer of plugin LayerSlider found out:

    If I switch on the CDN jQuery option, it seems like that your theme includes three (!) instances of jQuery 1.4.2 (and none of 1.9!), if I switch off that version, your theme includes two instances of 1.4.2 and one of 1.8.3 - which is needed by LayerSlider WP. I don't know which plugins are including the older versions of jQuery and why.

    Please can you give me an aswer why JobRoller does this?
