order email re-sending with refresh of order page

I found that, If i just placed an order and then refresh the order page again, the form gets submitted again, so the emails are being sent again to admin and buyer.

I can do this a few times, then it stops.

This also happens when clicking the order link in the email I receive. Thats a little confusing....'ok lets check my order'.... -click- .... oh hey, im getting the same email again? did i place my order twice now?

[the answer to that question is: NO the order does not get placed more then once, so thats good, however this confuses the buyer and might cause unneeded panic/questions]

it should not post the form again, or at least not send the order emails again.
