Hello - I am trying to create a custom color for all all pages on my site. When I input the HTML code, it cuts my custom color off where the typical gray banner ends (about 1/4 of the way down the page). I want my color to cover the entore page and every subsequent page that I have created for my website.

Can you please help me?!? Thank you!!
