Password Recovery Not working

I'm having a couple of major issues. I thought the issue was all with my child theme(Simplux), but I've deactivated Simplux and am still having a major issue with Job Roller. The password recovery link does not work when creating a new user through the back end of my system. Here is the link is the sent to the new user. While the account is actually created, the link for the user to be able to reset their password DOES NOT. The string below follows the web url every time. This is a major issue, especially until Simplux is fixed.

Simplux(I know you don't handle this), will not allow a new user to re-enter their password on the form. It simply does not work at all. So, in the meantime I have to use Job Roller for my new users to create accounts or I have to re-enter them in back end. Job Roller does not look as good, so I would like to re-activate Simplux and be able to create new users in the backend until the they fix it, but I can't and I figured out the initial password issueassword-recovery/?action=lostpassword&invalidkeyerror=1 is with Job Roller. Please help! This is major for my new clients.
