Please help - Sending application to the applicant, not to the employer?

Hi,

I received an email from a job seeker who informed me that upon submitting an application for a job, he immediately received an email copy of his own application. Message, attachments, everything. He also mentioned that there was no evidence that it was also sent to the employer.

Can someone please help me configure the email settings so that when a Job Seeker submits an application to a job, they get confirmation that his / her application has been successfully to the employer.

It's sending the application to the applicant, not to the employer.
