Post job from CMS for another user

Hi,
Is it possible in Jobroller to post a job from the wordpress admin on behalf of another user?

At the bottom of the "Add Job" page there is a dropdown for Author, but this only has my Admin account as an available selection.

I need to post a job for another user under their account. They are unable to do it because IE does not allow you to submit a job.
