    Question Text extremely small below My Dashboard Button

    I have verified this in a couple of clean installation. steps to reproduce:

    1 - Activate any color scheme other then the default
    2 - Login as a Job seeker
    3.- From the home page click on "My Dashboard"
    4.- Now look how the text below the "My Dashboard" Button becomes really small (default text is "Submit your Resume, update your profile, and allow employers to find you!")
    5.- Now click on the preferences tab, look how small is the text in the forms also, is not as small as the one mentioned above but could be a problem for some people.

    This is happening in Chrome, Firefox and Internet explorer 9.

    how can I fix this without mess with the CSS for the whole site?
