Problem setting up multilingual sites on multisite

Hi,

Hope someone can help a Newbie.

I've set up wordpress multisite and using Jobroller on two different sub-sites. I'm trying to have one site with the theme in English and another site with the theme in Portuguese.

I've followed steps to get the Portuguese language pack (which worked fine when it was not within multisite).

How to I get to have one site in English (with English version of Jobroller) and the other site in Portuguese (Portuguese version of Jobroller)? At the moment, both sites remain in English. I've also downloaded Multisite Language Switcher thinking it would solve the problem but it doesn't seem to work, no widget appears)
