Public resumees

Hi, I wonder if there's a way for non-registered users and/or new visitors to be able to browse resumees without having to sign-up. I want employers to notice that my job site is a growing community of people available or willing to apply for a job, so I think this would be helpful.

I've tried the following route/ setting:
jobroller > settings > resumees > visibility: public

But it definitely doesn't work. Any clue on this?
