    Purchases made for $0

    Someone place an order on our site for an unlimited pack ($990) on 1 June 2015 but there was no payment made via paypal. Their job was made live and they user account has an unlimited pack applied. Order marked as activated, but payment undecided. Have tried to recreate this problem but no joy....


    This seems to happen a bit on our site but we are never able to recreate the issue so can't track down the cause.

    What do you think is causing this?
