Registration Not Working Properly

Hello,

When I tried to create a test account for my website, I noticed that:
1- Entering My Pasword
A- I see 3 boxes for entering my password. The first places astrixes (*) instead of the word, the second displays the word, and the third, each time I go to put in a password, it erases itself

2- When I finally clicked submit, my site crashed. It just simply said "Access Denied" each time I clicked to go to the URL. When I asked other people to do it, it showed the same

3- Not sure if this will help, but I changed my website name, and turned off, then downloaded Job Roller to the new domain.

Please help.
