    remove "See resumes" button as employee

    I've got two short questions:

    1. I would like to remove the "See Resumes" button (top right navigation) when a employee is logged in. See a print screen attachted. In which file (.php) and how can I remove this link?

    2. As an employee you see on my dashboard a couple of tabs, e.g. "Live", "Sending", "Subscription". How to hide the last one; "Subscriptions"?

    I hope somebody can help me.
