SEO Questions ?

1. I would like to know what is the best SEO for Job Roller? and Why?
2. If I disable Word press Meta Tags would that cause an issue with SEO?
3. My host company has an SEO solution however when I point to my website ex: www.test.com/wp-content the URL is failing why would this happen? where does the index.php live because for some reason I cannot point to root ?

Currently I am using all in one SEO [Free Version] Is that any good? I would upgrade to PRO but what are the benefits ?
