spam user registration

In the last 1 week I had 2 spam user registrations. I do not know how they have registered despite having recaptcha and a javascript check for personal id's not allowed.

Username: Babie Yoki Hrada / E-mail: jasoneva155@gmail.com
Username: Tureunrex / E-mail: sgegsnskngeni@gmail.com

When I googled, interesting info came up telling they are spam users.

Also, My webstats never recorded their entry. Obviously they are not registering via website.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
