Submitting jobs is not WYSIWYG ?

After I began testing out my sites for bugs, etc from having my theme altered I noticed something: Description section of Jobs is not WYSIWYG? I kept entering jobs from the back office side. If I am wrong or if I am doing something wrong someone PLEASE TELL ME what I am doing wrong! (using bold to seperate and make viewing easier)

Taking it one step farther, in order for it to look good...


How many people that will submit jobs, know how to do this on the fly? Many know how, just are not as quick as a programmer may be, therefore it may take them an hour to do what takes 10 mins.

Why not add a static box like all wordpress postings, back-office, etc to compensate for this? I had posted this idea and got zero response in the Ideas Exchange. That prompted me to think maybe I am doing something wrong.
