Text Widget/Ad on the wrong spot, & differing post counts?

Howdy guys,

I've got 2 questions on my site WorkLover UK

On the homepage, on the Latest Jobs page there is the Featured list and just posted list under the featured.
And there is the sidebar with all the widgets, the ad right at the bottom.

But when i click on either the Full Time, Part Time, or Temporary tab - the ad widget moved under the job listings.
Can someone please help with this.

I'd also like to know how to change the number of post to show on the Full Time, Part Time, and Temporary tabs please (from the Latest Jobs tab)
