theme-geolocation.php default latitude/ longitude for add job map location

Hi All,

I'm trying to make the default location for the map when adding a job listing to appear over London, Great Britain, I have set the Google Maps Region in admin section to GB and changed the theme-geolocation.php zoom from 1 to 4 using the following code:
define('JR_DEFAULT_ZOOM', 4); but I'm currently zoomed over Nigeria, is there somewhere within this file that I can indicate a specific latitude/ longitude?

Also where is the code located to change the mile radius for doing a job search?
