    upgrade jobroller from 1.2.1 to very latest 1.4 version?

    my site is ChefRecruit.com - chef jobs & recruitment of chefs! and is v 1.2.1

    i have had to edit the css file and dont want to lose any changes if i upgrade to v 1.4

    if i download and then ftp all the changed files from 1.4 version do i also have to do this for the other version between 1.2.1 and 1.4 latest version?
