Uploaded 'Company Logo' images not displaying (but exist in upload directory)

I've just discovered that uploaded 'Company Logo' images are not displaying in employer profiles (although they exist in upload directory so are being uploaded and resized correctly). This test profile, for example, shows the border box for the image and a placeholder for previous photo URL for some reason. All caches cleared and CDN is in development mode at the moment so there is no caching going on. Any ideas?
