Im having an issue with my website and the following loads before the header.

The front page loads fine
Error happens on pages, posts and pagination pages

I have deactivated all plugins
I have deactivated the themes - even reactivated the default theme twenty twenty and get the same problem

I have re-installed wordpress from inside wordpress and no joy.

I have gone to class-wp.php on line 201 & 202 and emptied the function. I managed to get rid of the errors above but was then presented with a one line error pointing to the super cache plugin (Something about XML). Not sure if that's where the problem was but wanted to find out if there is a simple way to fix this before I have to start going on a troubleshooting wild goose chase.
