Sorry for my English, it is not so good, I am French
Here is my little problem :

When a compagny post a new job offer, everything is OK with the URL as you can see :

http://www.jobenvironnement.com/empl...rimaire-paris/

But when a candidate post a CV (public), the URL is not a pretty one as you can see :

http://www.jobenvironnement.com/cv/59904f131c4ce67e0/

Pemalinks are activated, and its lonly on posting cv that I have this problem

Can you help me and explain how to make the CV url pretty for SEO ?
