Using Job Packs

When I use a job pack, after a job is paid for in PayPal it does not automatically post after the payment is made. I have to manually mark paid in the orders section. I have the following done.
Enable PayPal IPN: no

Enable IPN Debug: not checked

Sandbox Mode: no

Also with the job pack a job that expires does not automatically hide and I have that option set up.

Anyone else having problems with this
