Using tiny mce for job listing gives an error on first submit click

Hello,

we have a problem with tiny mce. If you want to post a job listing and type something in the job description field and click submit, the first it always says "This field is required." - but it doesnt submit. If you cklick submit again, then it works. If you don´t type, but copy and paste a text, it already works at the first submit click. Also it seems to be a specific problem with firefox, because in chrome, the problem doesn´t appear.

In order to test and try to find out what the problem is, we already deactivated all plugins and child themes, but we couldn´t find out yet.
