very high sql load - Site Down

Hi, according to my Hosting I am having a very high sql load as from yesterday. They gave access only on my IP to the site so I can play around with plugins (which I deactivated all of them) and still with the same issue.

Is this coming from jobroller!?

I have 300 - 600 daily visits and never had this issue.

What I noticed recently (months from now) was that when I tried to go on the Jobroller -> Dashboard i always got an error that it took too much time to load:

Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in .../public_html/wp-content/themes/jobroller/includes/payments/order-class.php on line 82

I need to get the site up and running asap again - any suggestions or any one can help please?
