Where is the 'Featured' jobs option when posting a job

I have recently upgraded jobroller and I had previously set 'Featured' jobs to $10 which worked perfectly.

Now the new version when someone posts a job it no longer asks if they want to make the job 'featured' which I had set the cost to $10. Without this I cannot makr money.

I have featured jobs from previous version but nobody can create any more featured jobs (unless I use the admin area of jobroller).

Please help as I need people to make their jobs into featured jobs so effectively I can make some money
