    cannot post a comment or update ticket!

    everytime I try to comment on a ticket or change its status - it says "sorry comments are closed for this post" even though I am admin. it was working just yesterday!!

    PLEASE FIX.

    I found the issue - the ticket was saved with "allow comments" UNCHECKED. so I had to check it for that post in the wordpress portal.

    all new tickets should be saved with "allow comments" set to true!
