How to make 'Closed' Ticket not appearing online
Realised that even we closed ticket - the ticket still showing on site.

If this goes on will have a big issue of huge tickets showing online.

Please advise how to make the closed ticket not appearing so that the whole team could focus on clearing the ticket need action.
