ticket count - can you fix?
I know this has been raised before, and from what I understand, all changes/attachments get issued an ID, meaning the next ticket raised, will not be the number after the previous ticket - but can you please change this?
it would be nice to have Ticket #1, Ticket #2, Ticket #3 etc. without having to skip numbers because of other posts such as attachments.
It should be a "ticket id" not a "post" id.
