Profile fails to save pictures for services

When "ADDING New Service", I upload a picture and save it. But when I try to creating 2nd service in the same profile, the picture options show "empty library of pictures". That means that even if I want to use the same picture for 3 service offers, I need to upload the same picture 3 times vs utliazing one picture uploaded to libabry 3 times. That increases storage for the website and is inconvenient for the user, who needs to upload a picture each time service offer is created.

    Can you help with that?
